We accept returns or exchanges for any non-custom item within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all veils are considered final sale. All other undamaged, unused items may be returned via insured mail; the return ship date must be within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to you. Only items returned in their original condition will be accepted. Once we have received the item and verified that the above conditions are met, we will promptly process the refund/exchange via PayPal or the credit card used for purchase. We cannot reimburse shipping, and the buyer must pay return shipping.
